Jerry Chang	Managing Director of Barons & Company

Jerry Chang is the Managing Director at Barons & Company.  He has been with the firm since 2001.  He is currently a Regional Board Member of IMSA Global Partners which has 40 affiliated offices in over 25 countries around the world.

As a qualified Australian Chartered Accountant and US CPA, he started his career with the Big 4. He has worked in Sydney, Los Angeles, Shanghai and Hong Kong in different capacities including CFO, Retail Operations management & General Manager for companies such as Shanghai Printemps, Marks & Spencer, CMM China. He is experienced in Private Equity Financing, pre-IPO set up and is also the founder for HRTech Barons.ai in the Artificial Intelligence space.

Over the course of his over 20 years of executive search career, he has successfully placed many management and leadership positions spanning commercial leadership and C-suite function head roles across different industries including Consumer Goods, Luxury Goods, Private Equity, Financial Services, Technology, Chemical, Healthcare, and Sourcing / Manufacturing in China, Hong Kong & Asia Pacific.

He holds an MBA from Kellogg Business School and was past president of DSOBA alumni, DSOBA Charitable Foundations & Kellogg MBA alumni club in Hong Kong.
